Jaws - shock

This artwork is part of a series of paintings/illustrations/studies conducted with my Left (non-dominant) hand. This challenge will span 8 weeks in duration. Everyday has been an interesting/frustrating/rewarding/educational experience so far. Hope you'll enjoy the journey along with me.

Jaws - another fantastic film to revisit. I've always been a big fan of Spielberg and this challenge has been fun to dive into old film favorites for references. I felt pretty satisfied that I was able to capture his expression in this moment. It may be day 55, but it's still a struggle to get those subtle details in there. That's the whole point though, to just keep at it!
